i had the same problem in windows 10 and this worked for me, go to the /C drive
ReplyDeletego to the program files (x86)
search for the adobe reader short cut and open it.
The program will try to re configure it self
then download adobe reader 11x
and install it.
The program will install some missing components.
Then go to control panel.
Click on unistall programs
click on adobe reader , and click on uninstall
the program will be completely be removed from the computer
you can now re install the same program, it will work without crashing.
